<p>Ingredients</p>
<p>300g chicken<br />
2 stalks lemon grass<br />
A thumb-sized piece of ginger<br />
400ml coconut milk<br />
150ml vegetable stock<br />
40g Tom Ka Paste<br />
1 glass of bamboo shoots<br />
Fish sauce<br />
brown sugar</p>
<p>Preparation</p>
<p>1. Chicken into cubes.<br />
2. Saucepan, Tom Ka Paste can tackle in a little oil.<br />
3. Pour the vegetable stock and coconut milk and bring to a boil.<br />
4. Lemon grass and ginger.<br />
5. Add the chicken and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.<br />
6. Add bamboo shoots, season with fish sauce and brown sugar.<br />
7. Lemongrass and ginger fish from the soup, can draw briefly and then serve.</p>

For much shorter distances, such as the 5K, speeds are far higher and of course the races are far shorter.
